The continuous improvement of our services is one of our main targets. Therefore the main subjects of our quality management system determine the necessities and expectations of our clients, assuring the effective internal and external communication and optimizing the
operative processes.
OCOMAR, S.L. is a company involved with the quality. In October of 2002 we obtained the certification of Quality Norm UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2000, for the services that the company offer as International Freight Forwarder, as much for the export as for the import of cargo; as well as for the necessary processes to correctly carry out these works.
In order to review it and verify its continued effectiveness, the system is put under internal and third parties audits. |
